"Is Brighton Jewelry From Here?!"

Walking around Brighton, England and asking about Brighton Jewelry could be one of the silliest things my friends and I could have done.  They do not even know what Brighton Jewelry is.  We realized that there is no connection other than beauty.  

Brighton, England is an incredible beach city.  Yes, city.  I would live here if I found a nice place in a heartbeat.  There is no sand, just pebbles.  It is truly an incredible beach and probably the greatest place to wear Lilly Pulitzer (which clearly was a must for me)!  I tried to stay comfortable yet cute since I knew I would be walking and lounging all day!

All-American Girl

Starting Saturday, I am going to be the happiest girl ever.  Saturday will kick off the week for me with a country music concert.  The headliner is Brad Paisley and I could not be more excited!  I am obsessed with country music and everything it stands for.  Which brings me to the next event this week. The fourth of July!  Another factor that leads to me being an All-American girl.  The fourth is my absolute favorite.  I love everything about it.  Fireworks, the beach, the patriotic colors, the support for America. I mean please, what is there not to love?!  The memories I have of the fourth are also some of the best!  I could go on forever talking about it!

The last event this week is a road trip! Nothing is more American than a road trip!  I cannot wait to get on the road!  I hope it is as much fun as I am expecting!  I will be sure to post pictures of my outfits from this week!

Sunny Curls?

So now that two of my best friends are blogging... Curvy College Grad and Keep Calm and Kate on I have decided that I am extremely jealous!  I want a cool and creative blogging name.  I am not so sure how much I like Sunny Curls anymore.  Someone help me make up my mind please!  I want something unique, memorable, and fun.  Kate and April!! I See London...

One of the first few days when we had all arrived in England, my sister, my friend, and I took a day trip up to London on our own.  It was ridiculously windy but very sunny so when it came to pick out an outfit, I struggled big time!  Soon enough I looked at my watch and I had 30 minutes left to get ready!  I opted for a fedora because I knew my hair would have gone crazy without a hat and the dress was heavy enough to keep me warm when there was a breeze.  Shoes were also a difficult decision since I knew I would be walking everywhere.  Luckily, the ones I wore did not hurt my feet!

I definitely stood out in London since usually the locals wear a bit darker and more neutral colors but I did not mind!

Gotta Start Somewhere

Hey y'all! Sorry I have been missing for a while!  I got home from Europe yesterday after spending five weeks in what seems like a dream.  It was an incredible and unexplainable experience!  While I was there I was able to start photographing some outfits and what not! I figured I should post them for you all!

I finally got to strut in my new absolute favorite heels!  They are from Steve Madden and crazy comfortable!  I could walk for miles in them.  The shirt and necklace are a favorite combo of mine as well.  The slight bit of color adds a lot to the outfit in my opinion.

'Merica!

I have an unhealthy obsession with summer, the 4th, the beach, and fireworks.  The amount of memories that the combination of all these things bring back to me is unbelievable.  I have had some of the greatest nights during this time of year and I tear up thinking about how much I miss them sometimes however,  I know that once this time of year rolls around, more amazing memories will be made.  Since I have been thinking about the 4th since May started I figured I would start putting together outfit ideas.  (Way too early, I know).
